James Caan CBE
Having founded Recruitment Entrepreneur in 2013, former Dragons’ Den star and serial entrepreneur, James Caan CBE plays a pivotal role in shaping Bow Resources.
James has been in recruitment for over 30 years and invests in recruitment companies of all sizes across various geographies and sectors. Alexander Mann, his first recruitment business, sold in 2013 for £260 million. His second recruitment venture, Humana International, grew to 140 offices across 30 countries. His third sale was a collection of six recruitment companies to Graphite Capital in 2014 for £100m.
As Chairman, James takes an active role in Bow Resource's development and long-term strategy. His hands-on approach and mentoring enable us to learn from his considerable experience in founding and scaling recruitment businesses.
With over 22 years’ business development and management experience, Greg sets our operational strategy and supports the team with increasing sales performance and attracting the right talent to join the business. Greg supports the creation and delivery of the company strategy, and growth plans. He also ensures best practice processes are implemented and used by everyone in the business.
Daisy has been involved in the launch and growth of Recruitment Entrepreneur since inception and now oversees and manages all operational activity within the RE portfolio.
She implements best practice business guidelines and strategies and works closely with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on running the businesses.
Daisy oversees all HR, office, and IT systems and services. She is also our GDPR ambassador and manages all compliance and regulatory-related activities.
He oversees all of Bow Resource's financial operations. His team manages and maintains cash flow, accounts, and payroll, and produces all budget plans and financial forecasting for Bow Resources.
Bow Resources CEO
Jon has over 15 years recruitment experience, 13 of which have been in the Oil, Gas and Renewables sector. Prior to Bow Resources he was Regional Director for a global manpower and recruitment business who were specialists in the Oil and Gas sector. Responsible for the overall operations, sales and budget for the largest business unit in the company for 10 years. This included managing a team of 25 heads in a multi-million-pound profit centre.
He has strong experience in building client relationships and developing delivery strategies across different countries and regions. He also has extensive experience in tenders, compliance and operations globally.
Client Relationship Director
Doug has over 10 years of recruitment experience within the Oil, Gas and Renewables sector. Prior to Bow Resources he was the Client Relationship Director for a global manpower and recruitment business who specialized in the Energy sector. Doug managed the Key Accounts team and was responsible for forging lasting client relationships and ensuring outstanding delivery to all client requirements.
He was responsible for a multi-million-pound budget per year across different countries and regions. He also has extensive experience in compliance and operations global
Downstream and LNG Director
Andrew has 11 years of Recruitment experience, with the last 9 spent working within Downstream and LNG Sector of the Oil & Gas industry. He has built long term relationships with some of his markets leading companies, supporting Greenfield projects with values of over $20 Billion and mid to large scale Processing Plants.
Recruiting from Executive to Discipline Engineer level, Andrew has successfully completed international searches and high-volume project recruitment, whilst managing proficient recruitment teams.

Alexi has over 10 years of industry experience within the Oil and Gas sector. He is highly experienced in placing permanent hires within small, medium size and national oil companies. Alexi has wealth of international experience and is known to be a true expert in understanding the complexities when it comes to moving professionals and families from one location into another.
Alexi’s consultative approach has been one of his key qualities and is highly appreciated by his clients. For this reason, his has been trusted with a multiple of complicated, confidential and sensitive searches where he has a near-perfect track record of delivery.
Alexi is a trusted advisor of Senior Executives from various Oil and Gas operators with the experience of working directly with CEO’s, COO’s and HR Directors to deliver various services to them in addition to recruitment, such as market mapping, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis
